SHIPPING & RETURN

Shipping Policy

Art is very personal and we want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase. To this end, all packages are handled very carefully and are packed with utmost care. Therefore, all works are wrapped in protective shipping material. Please allow three weeks for delivery.

 

  • Shipping within Germany is generally free of charge and will be shipped with DHL Paket.

  • International orders will be shipped with UPS. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free worldwide shipping at this time.

  • You will receive tracking information after the order has been shipped out.

PRINT SHIPPING COSTS ESTIMATES

Shipping costs vary based on your address and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Germany: 10€

  • EU: 10-30€

  • Rest of the world: 15-50€

DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATES

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and international shipments my sometimes get stuck in customs which may add extra days.

  • Germany: 1-2 days

  • UK / EU countries: 3-7 days

  • USA/ Canada: 1-2 weeks

  • Australia: 1-2 weeks

 

Should any artwork get lost or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Keep all original packing materials as they may be needed for insurance investigation purposes. Please include pictures if you can.

Please be kind when reaching out and keep in mind that we are a very small company and Vanessa has no control over how your package is handled during delivery!

Return policy

If you're not satisfied with your original artwork, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase . Please note: Prints and commissioned artwork is excluded from return as it is custom made.

If there is any damage or other unusual occurrences upon receipt, please let me know and I will try to find a reasonable solution (e.g. replacement print) to make you happy with your purchase. If you decide to return the artwork even though it is intact, please send an email to vanessaauktor.art@gmail.com to inform us about your return inquiry. You are welcome to tell us your reason for your decision - this helps us to constantly improve our products and service. You will then receive an email with the destination address for the return.

 

Please note that a return is only possible if the artwork is in the same condition as you received it and unfortunately expenses for return shipping are not covered and cannot be refunded. Feel free to use the packaging material, the artwork came in, for the return to avoid additional waste.

 

Once the return arrived at the studio, you will receive an email confirmation. The refund will then be processed.
