Vanessa Auktor is an abstract-realistic painter living and painting out of her home studio in Bonn, Germany. Spiritual symbolism and the power of nature is playing a fundamental role in her artwork. Her goal is to bring wild animals close to our hearts to support wildlife conservation.

my story
I've always had a huge passion for art. My dad was a hobby painter when he was young and he showed me a lot about painting techniques and color theory.
I studied Multimedia and Communication at University in Bavaria, Germany. In 2021 I started my career as a professional artist.

I continue to work on my own painting style and techniques. My full-time job as a tv journalist gives me the opportunity to get to know people and nature in many interesting places all around the world. Just like the forests and lakes in Finland or Canada, as well as the landscape in my homeland. They constantly provide me with new inspiration for my creations.
