What's a giclée print?

Giclée is the term coined for the latest generation of fine art reproduction. Giclées are printed with a microscopic sized dot pattern allowing for virtual continuous tone printing. Using 10 different coloured inks we are able to capture a range of colours previously unheard of, resulting in the absolute highest quality print imaginable. This way your print is designed to maintain its rich vibrancy for up to 200 years.

What's the difference between open edition and limited edition prints?

The open edition prints are printed with our own giclée studio printer in two sizes. These fine art prints are periodically restocked.

Limited edition prints are signed, titled and numbered by the artist. They are printed on a higher quality 100% cotton matte 308gsm Hahnenmühle Photo Rag paper. The first orders placed will receive the lowest numbered editions. Once the limited edition is sold out, it will never be reprinted again. The highly limited quantity helps to add value to your investment in my work. If you don't want to miss out on any new releases, subscribe to my mailing list.

Print Care Instructions

Open gently with freshly cleaned and dry hands as soon as possible. It should not be kept in the tube longer than necessary. To best re-flatten the print, first find a clean, flat surface. Gently unroll your print and be sure to keep it covered by its protective wrapping paper. Avoid touching the ink – especially the dark areas. Due to the dense nature of giclée prints, the ink is prone to show fingerprints and scuff easily. Let it slowly unfold itself. If it keeps its curled shape, carefully place a board or large book over the entire surface. Let it sit for 1-2 days. Frame behind glass for longevity and display in a room free from moisture. For a wonderfully luxurious finish and enjoyment, ask your framer for museum quality non-reflective glass.
